Delivery
Q. Can the item be delivered if no-one is home?
As we use a safe and secure courier service, they require the goods to be signed for as proof of receipt upon delivery. Alternatively you can give the courier authority to leave the goods without signature (by simply leaving a note during checkout) or you are welcome to have your purchase sent to your work or business address. If a delivery is missed your order will be stored in the closest depot to your area for pickup.
Q. Can my purchase be sent to a PO Box?
As we use a national courier service we can only send to a residential or business address.
Q. When will my item be posted?
It is the Pagnian Promise to have all items sent out within 1 business day upon receipt of payment.
Q. Is insurance included in my shipping price?
Yes, the shipping price includes full insurance.
Q. Is pickup available?
Pickup is available free of charge from our Gold Coast Warehouse. Email us to arrange a pickup if required.

During checkout you have the option to pay by Paypal, bank deposit, cheque or money order. Please note payment will need to be cleared before the purchase is sent.

Q. What is the difference between the Next Level GTxreme>pro Racing Simulator Cockpits?
The only difference detween the simulator cockpits is the style of seat. Both are made of the highest quality materials however the GTxtreme Racing Simulator Cockpit has a rally style bucket seat which wraps around you whereas the GTpro Racing Simulator Cockpit has a racing style bucket seat.
Q. Are the Next Level Simulators Compatible with my wheel?
The Next Level Racing Simulators are compatible with all major steering wheels including Logitech, Thrustmaster and Fanatec wheels.
Q. Can I attach the Buttkicker Gamer 2 to the Next Level Simulators?
The Buttkicker Gamer 2 can be attached under the seat of the Next Level Simulators without any modification required.
Q. When will you have stock of the Fanatec CSR Elite Wheels?
