my simulator bought mine second hand a month old my m8 told me the seat and sim were great, well he was right the seat is comfortable the seat is fully adjustable and the sim is very solid way more than i thought.

I was planning on building my own rig; however at this price I couldn’t resist the GTxtreme. This is much more living room friendly than anything I could have constructed and much more sturdy too.
The simulator is easy to assemble with two people. It’s also very easy to slide away and accommodate into your living room. It looks quite attractive and doesn’t feel out of place like my previous table and chair set up.
I was a bit worried about attaching the fanatic shifter into a solid position, as they have ridiculous mounting options. Even that is handled well with the GTxtreme. I simply used $2 L shaped braces from Bunnings and clamped the shifter in place with the pre-drilled holes on the shifter mount. The result is incredibly solid and allows me to place the shifter exactly where I want.
The most impressive part of the GTxtreme is definitely the difference I feel in my wheel’s force feedback (Fanatec 911 GT2). I used to attach use my wheel to a table and I had no problems with it. It wasn’t until I set up the GTxtreme that I realised how much I was missing out on. The support poles on the simulator make the thing incredibly stable, which means I now feel all the subtle force feedback effects I was missing out on. Now I feel like I am playing games the way their developers intended and get the best feeling for what’s going on with the car.
The seat itself is incredibly comfortable and adjustable. I am really glad there is no annoying support pole in the middle so I can race how I want.

Excellent service, and very fast Delivery (2 days from ordering to my doorstep in the ACT).

I spent a very long time researching various cockpits and I am convinced this is the best value for money cockpit on sale today. The lack of a pole in between the drivers legs was a big selling factor for me, and after using it very heavily for over a month I have to say the driving position is perfect and very comfortable.

The construction is incredibly solid, absolutely zero movement thanks to a strong design with double bolts. Enough adjustability to accommodate almost any user. Assembly was relatively simple with clear instructions. I would absolutely recommend this cockpit over any other I have seen, even those at more than double the cost! (Posted on 24/10/11)

That's a great Simulator Cockpit! I dont think you can get the same quality fo the simulator in this price range. Everything are perfect spescally the seat! Easy to install.

I am extremely happy with my purchase of the V2 GTxtreme cockpit and would instantly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality simulator for their home sim setup.
The frame is extremely rigid and with the side arms I get no lateral movement which means I can set FFB on the T500 to max and still produce consistent fast laps (these lateral support arms were the main feature not provided on many of the other simulators' on the market that drew me in to the V2 GTextreme).
The seat has great support and is comfortable even after a few hours.
It was quite easy to put together and was up and going in about half an hour.
Pagnian Imports provided excellent service with my V2 GTxtreme arriving in less than 24 hours from time of order (paid by CC).

This is a fantastic, value for money product.

Just getting it out of the box was exciting. Having owned other simulator cockpits before I could immediately tell the GTXtreme was going to be sturdy. The seat feels like something you'd actually put into your car. Slider and back rest tilt adjustment, combined with no flexing in the frame, and especially not in the pedal supports which are presented at an ideal incline, makes it easy to adjust to an optimum driving position.

The result? You don’t race as often as you’d like, or in the case of simulations for which you pay monthly access fees, you don’t race as often as you “should” in order to get your money’s worth. Now, some people resort to spending two to three grand buying a second computer, a second chair, a second desk, etc, and then mount their racing peripherals on that other machine. But if you’re like me, and your main home PC is good enough to shoot rockets into space, you’ll find it unfair to have to buy yet another supercomputer just to be able to race in the virtual world. That’s where a cockpit comes in handy . . . but aren’t those things just too expensive? Not the GTXtreme! At only $649 AUD, you can’t go wrong with it, especially when the guys at Pagnian Imports will ship it for free. That’s the cost of a decent video card, so if you’re looking for the ultimate PC upgrade, think outside the box, literally! A racing cockpit is what you need. For the cost of just TWO speeding tickets, you can have your very own speed demon at home, and you can unwind from a from a hard day’s work driving your dream cars at 300KPH. Now, who can put a price on that? The GTXtreme has everything you need to turn your PC into a serious racing simulator. It’s got pre-drilled holes that will allow you to tightly setup the best Logitech and Fanatec wheels, pedals, and shifters. Now, I can simply turn my monitor around and voila! I’m ready to race. I’ve been able to add an extra 20 hours of racing per week thanks to my GTXtreme. Minimum salary here in Australia is roughly $600 a week, so think about it that way. One week’s salary for endless hours of fun. You go out for beers one night, and you’ll end up $65 poorer. Ten nights later, you’ll have nothing to show for those nights other than a black eye and two missing teeth, and you’ll already be out $650. So, do yourself a favour and get yourself a GTXtreme. I have been into sim racing on the PC ever since the 80's - yes, I am that old. Over the last 10 years the sims have improved but I unfortunately have had to race less due to an old back injury. I changed chairs, desks, anything to help me find comfort for a few extra minutes of racing. I was rather suspicious of what I initially thought as gimmicky when I started looking at simulation cockpits. For the price of the GTxtreme I could just justify to my wife that it could be counted as a health safety device - just as an expensive ergonomic chair etc. After a few queries to Pagnian which were answered almost immediately I made the purchase. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how solid it all felt. It took about 45 minutes to put together and the instructions were clear. I am lucky to have a tiled floor so I can just slide my GTxtreme around when I need it. I am 6ft and 74kg and I fit fine in it. I use the support bars just to push the steering up a little. I currently have the Logitech G25 steering wheel and pedals and was rather thrilled when I found I could screw it all onto the cockpit frame. No more peddle or wheel moving - brilliant. And the comfort? Well yesterday I spent 4 hrs non-stop racing and today I have no aches and pains - again, brilliant. Now... (Posted on 28/04/11)
