Thrustmaster T500 RS Wheel

I ordered this t500 RS wheel on a weekend, it was delivered to my door 11am Tuesday - in perfect shape and much faster than i expected.

This wheel is about as good as you can get, great build quality - although larger than other wheels - it is smoother and less clunky feeling.

The Force Feedback is much stronger than expected, it is configurable so you can tone it down or amp it up for an arm severing experience.

The pedals are worth double the asking price easily. Great stability and build. All metal, nothing cheap and nasty about these like most others.

Using this wheel gives much more confidence in iRacing, you just feel more like you are driving than playing a game. Lap times have improved and although my driving style has changed slightly - it is much more reliable from corner to corner.

If i could afford it - i would buy another just for a spare. (Posted on 17/12/11)

The T500 RS is an incredible piece of technology to say the least. I have owned the high end logitech FFB wheels in the past and was amazed at how much better this wheel is. The wheel is precise down to the mm, every input you make is instant, and the feed back from the car is translated back just as precisely. The pedal set is brilliant. The brake with mod installed gives a much more realistic feel to it and has improved my lap times by allowing me to brake much later than i previously felt I could. All in all the T500 RS is an excelent wheel and pedal package I would recommend it to any serious racing sim fan. (Posted on 21/10/11)
